Week 43: 365

Week 43!

April 17, 2010: Since Weston always wants to do whatever Grayson is doing (and vice versa), I thought maybe if Gray was "using" the potty, Weston would want to. It didn't really work but Gray was too cute sitting like a big boy!

April 18, 2010: A true example of the boys wanting to do what the other is doing....I pulled this toy out for Grayson to use. Weston will not stop trying to take it from him while he's walking. It's a good thing Gray is tough!

April 19, 2010: With Weston's 2nd birthday around the corner, I am thinking of ways to get rid of his ninny. As you can see, he's still quite attached. I have my work cut out for me.

April 21, 2010: I finally got around to cleaning and hanging the swing I got off of Freecycle last summer. Weston really enjoyed swinging in it. (Note: This picture was really taken 4/22/10)

April 22, 2010: Grayson has, once again, lost interest in baby food. He kept trying to take the spoon from me on this day, so I poured the food out on his tray, gave him the spoon and let him have at it. He really enjoyed it.

April 23, 2010: We set up our stuff at the church for a yard sale on this day. Weston was running around and fell on the gravel scraping his hand pretty good. I tried to bandage it up when we got home. The band aid stayed on just long enough for this picture to be taken-after which Weston promptly pulled it off.

Week 42: 365

Week 42!
April 11, 2010: Pardon the size of this picture, it's the only way I could get it to load since it's actually a freeze frame from a video I took. If you can't tell, Grayson is actually laughing about Weston climbing over him. These two crack me up.

April 12, 2010: Weston helped me bake banana chewy bars. He had a blast pouring the ingredients in the bowl and mixing it up for me. I was quite impressed at how well he did helping me out.

April 13, 2010: Keeping up with being my little helper this week, Weston "helped" me put together a shelf for his room. He loves playing with tools. I can't wait to get him a little tool set for his birthday.

April 14, 2010: Another project I did this week was put Weston's cozy coupe together. He loves his little car. Here are both my boys on the move in their vehicles. :)

April 15, 2010: We finally gave in and got Weston's hair buzzed off. Of course he got a lollipop for being such a big boy during the cut. I love the new look! And he loved the lollipop! Haha

April 16, 2010: I realize that I have a picture very similar to this one from back in October, (Weston is even wearing the same shirt), but it's so fun to see how much he's grown in just such a short time. He can actually blow the seeds off the dandelion now!

April 17, 2010: This was the 2nd night in a row that Grayson went right to sleep when I put him in his crib, instead of screaming for 20 minutes. Yay for progress!!!

Week 41: 365

Week 41!!

April 3, 2010: On this day we made egg cookies with the awesome Crayola Cookie Dough that Ms. Bobbie got for Weston. Weston had a lot of fun eating and making the cookies. Even Grayson enjoyed eating the blue cookie after it was cooked!

April 4, 2010: Happy Easter! This was our best attempt at a family photo. I have other pictures with the boys in their full get-up but none of them together so....here's one of all of us after all the Easter glam.

April 5, 2010: Weston riding Mike around while eating his animal cookies from the basket that The Sulcers got him.

April 6, 2010: Grayson and Dylan already getting into trouble together. Together they emptied the contents of Dylan's diaper bag.

April 7, 2010: I refuse to believe that I have no picture for this day, but there seems to be one missing. As soon as I find something, I'll post it. :(

April 8, 2010: My sister-in-law Meredith stopped in while walking the dog. This is Max-my brother's baby. He's such a beautiful dog. All the kids (and I do mean all-I had Selina and Wyatt Z. over night, plus my two) were so thrilled to see Max (and Meredith too of course!)

April 9, 2010: Here is Selina playing at Read 'N Play. Mike and I took Selina, Wyatt, Dylan, Grayson and Weston to the library. We were brave, very brave. It was actually a lot of fun thought. All the kids were behaved and had a great time!

Week 40!

March 27, 2010: I took the boys to the grocery store and put them both in the car cart! They were so well behaved and loved riding next to one another. :)

March 28, 2010: We ordered Chinese food on the way home from church. Weston was able to try Lo Mein for the first time. He seemed to enjoy it.

March 29, 2010: Weston kept going after Ginger and she was batting at him and attacking his head. I was a little worried that she would hurt him, but he was having a blast. Look at that face!

March 30, 2010: Not really sure why he made this face, but I was trying to get a picture of him in this coat since he looked pretty adorable. This face just made the picture all that much better. Haha.

March 31, 2010: We met Mike's mom for dinner at Texas Roadhouse. Near the end of the meal, Weston got a little antsy so Mike took him outside to run around.

April 1, 2010: I picked this book bag up at Goodwill for Weston to carry his things around. I was pretty surprised that he liked carrying it around by himself.

April 2, 2010: I recently acquired some beautiful jewelry from lia sophia. Every time I wear a piece, Weston says "Pretty! Pretty!" and tries to take it off so he can wear it. I let him walk around for a little bit with this necklace, much to Mike's dismay. :)
